1. General Policy
Due to the customized, time-sensitive, and results-driven nature of digital marketing services, Ads Nova Media maintains a strict no-refund policy for services rendered and advertising budgets deployed. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Service Retainers

• Monthly management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

• Clients may cancel recurring services with 30 days written notice

• Unused portion of pre-paid retainers will be applied to final invoices

3. Advertising Budgets
All ad spend (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) is non-refundable once:

Campaigns have been launched

Platform billing thresholds are met

Ad auctions have entered the competition phase

4. Performance Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee specific results (as platform algorithms and market conditions vary), we provide:

• Daily monitoring and optimization of all campaigns

• Transparent reporting with clear performance insights

• Strategic adjustments to improve underperforming initiatives

5. Dispute Resolution
Clients may request:

• A full account audit with performance analysis

• Strategic consultation to address concerns

• Service credit for verifiable agency errors (case-by-case basis)

6. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due net-15 unless otherwise agreed

• Late payments may result in service suspension

• Chargebacks will immediately terminate all services

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:

• Timely access to accounts and assets

• Approval on strategies within 5 business days

• Clear business objectives and feedback
